Moving on to Ole Miss......

With only five days to prepare for the fifth ranked team in the country, Spurrier and the Gamecocks Coaching staff are doing their best to study film and get the Cocks ready for a primetime television matchup on Thursday night.

The SC defense will have to deal with a two headed monster as QB Jevan Snead and RB Brandon Bolden will look to attack the Cocks defense. Snead who has moved the ball around to six different receivers in their first two games, will look to stand in the pocket and focus on hitting
his go-to-guys (Patterson, McCluster, Hodge) for big gains against the Cocks. When Snead hands the ball off or Ole Miss comes out in the "Wildcat", Ole Miss will have a multitude of backs that will run the ball. Just waiting for his breakout, Enrique Davis will spell Bolden and create a different look for the Cocks defense. Theres no doubt, both teams will be focused and ready.

Predictions and late week injury reports on Wednesday.
