Well, another College Football Saturday is all but over (except for the thriller between Miami and Oklahoma). Our Gamecocks have put up some impressive numbers, handling the SCST Bulldogs. The Clemsux Taters fell to Maryland, who lost to MTSU, who lost to Clemsux, so we don't really know which team sucks the worse.
I keep hearing announcers and sports analysts using words like parody, inconsistency and overrated to describe quite a few teams in the college football ranks. If you ask me, I say it is what it is, and the reason for all of the upsets and surprises this season is talent. There are more than a few very good athletes out there on the field on Saturdays, playing their hearts out for a chance to play on Sunday. Lets just wait until the season is over, then we can rank and judge the best worse, and overrated from the 2009 season.
